NOTICE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, seating capacity in the Landmark Chapel and downstairs hall is severely limited at this time. The figures given below reflect a “pre-COVID-19” condition.

The Tinley Park Historical Society Landmark Chapel is the perfect venue for weddings, memorial services, and other social events. Built in 1884, the quaint, non-denominational chapel has remained a fixture in the Tinley Park community for generations.

As you enter the chapel today, you will see its beautiful stained glass windows, pressed tin ceiling, and wraparound balcony. The first floor can seat 120 people comfortably, and the balcony an additional 50-60 people. An organ and piano are available for use, and the 136 year old chapel bell stands ready to announce the newly married couple.

The downstairs hall at the Landmark Chapel may be rented for wedding receptions, showers, graduations, birthday parties, and other events. Its bright atmosphere is fantastic for small gatherings. The hall can hold 60 people and boasts an attached kitchen, convenient for catering.
